0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-neve-text-color-color\">Die additive Fertigung (AF) ist in der gesamten Automobilbranche bereits seit Jahren ein fest etabliertes Instrument zur schnellen und wirtschaftlichen Herstellung von Prototypen und Musterbauteilen. Unter Anwendung von maschinellem Lernen wird Prozesswissen in trainierte Modelle \u00fcbertragen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-nv-text-dark-bg-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Die Erstellung von digitalen Zwillingen ist entscheidend f\u00fcr die R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit sowie Qualit\u00e4tssicherung und bildet die Grundlage f\u00fcr erste Optimierungsschleifen. Parallel werden Prozessparameter des PBF-LB\/P-Prozesses und der Nachbearbeitungsprozesse unter Einsatz von KI-Methoden optimiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-nv-text-dark-bg-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Neue Messverfahren werden entwickelt und in die Anlagen integriert, um erforderliche Inputgr\u00f6\u00dfen f\u00fcr die Parameteroptimierung bereitzustellen.
